I won't speculate on who is selling or buying and for what reasons as this is futile.

Facts are AIM is low in liquidity. Fear of placing like so many enjoy banging on here is in my opinion holding us back. We have here a business which in the face of difficult times has managed to mitigate impact which most business in South Africa are struggling to.

Once the Orion debt is renegotiated or a solution is brought up we can finally see some investors interested in investing here.

The fact is, and say this from experience, AIM stocks greatest killer is share issues. I am sure I am not the only one who quickly saw their holding pulverised by BoDs more than happy to use PIs as a bottomless cash pit.

From reviewing historical data from Bmn it is clear to me that Fortune has chosen the right time to take advantage of equity raising and clearly now is not such times.

Sorry I must be reading you 1980s post wrong as its bound to be nonesense. You know CPI shares were at about £1.80 in 1999 and shoot up to over 5£ in 2021 before a huge drop to 2£ and then again up to 13£ in 2016.

Again nonesensical post. They did not turn the IR into mcap. The funds were used to restructure and save a sinking ship. No company on earth choses their mcap, this is what the market values the company at, does it mean it's correct, no it doesn't. Market is actually often incorrect hence why people speak of corrections.

So they decided to restructure and save the company rather than fold. So.....

Value of capita could be back over 5£ in 5/10 years. Who the hell knows.

There are a lot more stakeholders in the decision making of a company that just pleasing shareholders.
