Thats my point, I'm not buying this, this is as far off as its always been.
This is the question I keep asking myself about this stock. I'd like an update on the progress against the attributes set out for success from the paraytec website. The critical one for me is the shoebox. It would seem that if we dont have that there is no way of getting the super refined test into customers hands. What is the manufacturing path/price point/distribution/support etc. The current portfolio of Paraytecs products looks like it focusses on lab based analytic devices so the mass production required for this doesnt seem to fit. If partners/purchasers are dropping away thats not good news.
Simple swab or saliva sample – no clinical expertise needed
No complex sample preparation – proprietary single-use cartridge containing analytes
Simple portable reader – shoebox size
No clinical training needed – automated test can be used in any location
Rapid result – sample to result in 5 to 10 minutes, potential for further reduction
yes/no result – option for quantification of viral load
Platform technology – can potentially be used to detect multiple virus targets
Anyway, It's been a learning experience that I can afford and I'll look hold my remaining shares at their 66%loss
Must almost be time for another 18p private placing..
Hopefully some added interest in the sector today with the Playtech bid?
Maybe some key members of the management team are impacted by COVID either individually or family? Caring for family would be my focus before work requirements. They cant say that publcily as there is patient confidentiality hence no news RNS.
Does anyone else think an established investor is exiting?
Thanks for all your posts Casper. Although its an addage from a previous era 'sell in may and go away' seems appropriate this year. I'm sitting on losses from the 80p days but happy to wait through to autumn. A few others of my stocks seem the same way. Hopefully the value for the paraytec technology translates into cash to the company in some sort.
Wonder what is behind the £2M sale?
Another partnership added. Good to read.
Yes, I received 100% of what I requested. May be the small quantity (2000) was a factor.
Nice to see the reactions of some who think we had hit gold this morning. Technically, the recent RNS did include more gold than before.. but not this much. One day soon everyone...
Big volumes of draft Tennents didnt pass over the bars of scotland as usual.
Similar, bought some shares on back of FT article in early Feb.
Interesting to see the 22p shares I requested in the offer are now provisionally allocated in my AJBell acct under ' AGRONOMICS LIMITED PROV OFFER SUBSCRIPTION SHS'.
May be just a mechanism to make sure i didnt put the cash to other uses..
' do you want any woofers or tweeters mate?'
I assumed the bottom part was needed if there was a voting requirement which in this case there isnt. Did a vote one recently for Ramblers share consolidation agm item.
Yes, I've just responded to the ajbell offer process. reads that applications are open till 19th may.
Interesting to see three buys totalling 950,000 shares posted yesterday. Another positive sign?
Yes, It felt like 15% NAV bit is double dipping if he already owns a chunk of the shares
Apologies for not registering so that I could post earlier. I've been a shareholder for about 4 months and its been entertaining, educational and frustrating.
I do have a question for those with LTH. have we ever seen anything from DC Thomson Ventures on their views of their investment?
