I think that might take a 100 years as it gets harder to mine I believe?????
The miners will then make money I think verifiing transactions in the blockchain
He’s a Kiwi.
Maybe he decided all this Covid business is too much and gone back to New Zealand where things are a lot better?
It could be anything but people do change paths in life, it only a job any everyone is replaceable.
Come on Amur!!
NRR do have a LinkedIn page and although not much of interest lately there is a picture from 4 weeks ago regarding blasting ore so a lot going on by the sounds of things in the NT.
Not just shipping stockpiled ore.
Very weird or poor the communication by AMC, as they say a picture says a thousand words and Investors could do with a morale boost after the TEO delay.
Destitute,
He is obviously talking about NRR paying dividends.
They won’t most likely till phase 2, but if the iron ore mine is successful NRR will list and there will be more value for AMC through the NRR share price., and dividends once the notes are exchanged for shares.
A long term strategy that looks on paper to be better than the previous financial model.
If successful it should help AMC in 2/3 years time.... here’s hoping!
Hi All,
Anyone know if management have returned to Togo?
I expect they will keep expectations down this time until news.
We all got a little bit excited having pre knowledge of the last visit.
Luc was at the last investor evening, Calidus/ Krs joint venture before the split, at a boozer in London.
If any were there you may have met him also?
Had a good chat and Luc came across as a nice man.
I recall he hails from Togo.
Westie,
It’s a lot closer to China to ship from the Northern Territory than from Brazil, therefore got to be cheeper.
Have you seen the size of some of the Valemax ships that sail from Brazil with ore, absolutely massive but can’t go through the Panama Canal.
The dangers in loading and unloading these great ships makes great reading.
Worth a quick read
So that a 14% payment on 4.67 million US dollars for up to 3 years or convertible to equity earlier in NRR if dividends prove more fruitful.
Haven’t seen a DFS for NRR, as they are a private company does this not have to be made public?
Not so sure when but it’s a 14% coupon payed quarterly.
Regards the stockpiled DSO ore I believe at today’s prices, 350000 dollars of that is payable for agreements in the administration of Western Resources the previous owners.
196000 tonnes off DSO ready to ship is a fair amount of money for NRR, not sure on profit from that? Anyone knowledgeable looked into that.
Bing Bong port has Panamax capability, I think that’s 80000 tonnes a shipment, so Teo shipments?
