Any after hours RNS is usually bad news, as has been the case here. SP has further to decline imo towards the Placing price

Yep, we all have our 'sensible' investments and tax efficient schemes to protect our wealth. Investing in small caps a bit of fun with the chance to stumble over a mutibagger or two. Sadly, this 'opportunity' (lol) has taken a lot longer to come to fruition (assuming of course we get finance sign off soon!).
