Not aware of a site specifically (others maybe?). I always keep up to date with the daily RNS's and CCZ had been on my watchlist prior to the recent placing and the opportunity to buy in as low as 2.02p was a real gift imo. Warrants at 4.4p indicate where future share price expectations lie. I'd be happy with that SP sometime this year....
Need to be quick Prop, sub 0.5p is not going to last as we near PEPR award in a couple of weeks (looks like bitcoin is going to miss out this time! lol)....
Only been invested here for a few weeks and excited by the assets we own and the plans to develop them. Fully funded after the recent placing (2.3p!) and looking forward to the progress updates over the coming months....
That is what I originally thought but they had less than 4M shares and the number of 1M chunks sold far exceeds this allocation. I don't think it is forward selling linked to a placing as we have the cash from the Georgian sale, unless it relates to another asset purchase. I suspect it is one of the major shareholders offloading but, anyway, it just provides an opportunity for new/existing peeps to get some 'cheap' shares...
10 June 21 RNS: 'Pursuant to the advisory agreement, a fee of US$150,000 settled via the issue of 3,995,238 new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2.65p have been allotted to the Company's Georgian advisor.'
'The balance book of Kefi'? Do you mean the balance sheet? ffs, how can you take a poster seriously who doesn't use (or know/understand) accounting terminology...

The AGM is scheduled to take place AFTER the 19 July which is the date we 'expect' all remaining legal restrictions to be lifted by the Government. Assuming this happens surely it is possible for the 'face to face' AGM to go ahead?
Yep, you don't need to be an English graduate to see what Smelly wrote on 4 June 2021 turned out to be INCORRECT! Own YOUR statement and leave the BB as YOU said you would. Simples!
