April could be a key month. Worth a flutter imo.....

I've always said that I'm here for the SA assets and always been hopeful that they turn out to be 'world class'. If the gold price remain at current levels ($2,264) or go higher the finances for our projects look humongous. The only (short term) barrier to seeing these figures reflected in our SP is TK finance!

The SP touched 0.2p (briefly) following the announcement of the Farm Out/JV on 14 Feb but talk of an imminent Placement hit sentiment hard. GOI could happen any time, short term financing is now in place and $2.5M wings its way into the company account on sign off and work then begins, funded by Selan, to monitise Cambay. All good imo...

Yep, risky investment atm with so many shares swirling around. Give it a few weeks and the picture should be a little clearer on the future direction of the SP. Some positive news would help......

· Synergia will be entitled to bonuses of up to US$ 9 million, linked to future cumulative gas sales thresholds being achieved as follows:

o US$0.5 million, if cumulative gross gas sales from the Cambay PSC exceeds 5 Bcf;

o US$1.0 million, if cumulative gross gas sales from the Cambay PSC exceeds 10 Bcf;

o US$1.5 million, if cumulative gross gas sales from the Cambay PSC exceeds 15 Bcf;

o US$2 million, if cumulative gross gas sales from the Cambay PSC exceeds 35 Bcf; and

o US$4 million, if cumulative gross gas sales from the Cambay PSC exceeds 70 Bcf.

Building a team that is looking post GOI Cambay Farm out & JV approval. Massive potential here.....

· Both Synergia and Selan are focussed on developing the Cambay PSC Eocene gas and gas condensate reservoir which contains independently certified 2P gas reserves of 206 BCF (as at 1 June 2022)

· The joint venture unlocks the path to a full field development of the Cambay PSC with a sophisticated and experienced operator-partner

· In exchange for the 50% interest, Synergia will be carried by Selan through an agreed US$20 million work programme ("WP") comprising 3 new wells focussed on the Eocene reservoir and 3 well work-overs

· The WP is to be completed within 18 months of the later of GoI approval of the WP or the award of contracts for the WP, extendable by a further six months in certain circumstances

· Synergia will receive a cash payment of US$2.5 million immediately following GoI Approval. The Company proposes to apply the proceeds of this cash payment towards working capital purposes.

· Synergia will retain a 50% interest in the Cambay PSC and a 50% share of the future production and revenues.

I see that the gold price continues its rise, now trading at $2,261. This will be great news WHEN we are a producer. We'll be generating so much cash we won't know what to do with our new found wealth...

I agree FiveCandles about our Saudi assets being (potentially) world class and it will be great talking about production and valuations in due course. But, in the meantime we have the small matter of TK finance and further delays in getting hold of the money and we have an SP stuck below 0.6p. That is the reality here until HAA gets the deal across the line....

Yep, both sets of shareholders are being ripped off but for completely different reasons!

A large company with deep pockets would sort TK finance and be in production next year producing significant profits & cashflow. They could also move at pace in Saudi with all the licences we hold. I'd settle for 3p a share in a heart beat! lol

Good to see a few decent buys this morning after yesterday's rise from recent lows. Just a case of waiting for GOI sign off to really see the SP motor.....

Get TK finance sorted and they'll be queuing to invest in KEFI, particularly for our assets in Saudi. Until then.......

As soon as the placing was announced we 'knew' there were going to be yet more delays. Looks like the SP is going to be in the doldrums for a few more months yet. Might as well sign my shares over to the kids as I'm going to be too old to enjoy the fruits of this investment lol
