No mention of funds being used for further exploration at Stonepark so this will be another fund raise down the line. And so it goes on. Nothing will change here whilst Teeling is at the helm!

I held SHG when it was taken out for a knock down price so don't underestimate the chances of small shareholders being shafted here. AIM is a jungle.....

Mcap only £2.4m so plenty of scope for a significant rise in the SP given some positive news...

13 Sep 2018 RNS: "Additional funding arising from this sale is likely to be applied to further drilling around Hanns Camp, notably at Hanns Camp South, which remains highly prospective for nickel sulphide mineralisation."

4 Dec 2018 RNS: "Further work by our geologists and our Nickel expert, Dr. Martin Gole, has highlighted three additional high priority areas for potential nickel sulphide mineralisation within our Hanns Camp tenements. The commencement of the EM Survey over the targets is a key step in the identification of drilling targets."

30 Sep 2019 RNS: Additionally, funding which was originally allocated for exploration of the Hanns Camp site, that has not proved as prospective for nickel sulphide as expected, has now been redirected towards the development of Leigh Creek.

In light of cash requirements associated with both the Leigh Creek and Redmoor projects, the Company has curtailed expenditure on the projects of Central Australian Rare Earths Pty Ltd ("CARE") and this is expected to be the case throughout 2020.

Options to increase shareholder value are currently being assessed.

Central Australia Rare Earth Pty Ltd ("CARE") Tenements

During 2020, the Company began the process of releasing its CARE tenements back to the Western Australian State government. This is now complete.

The SP 'spiked' to 0.2p on release of the JV details only to fall back on (misguided) Placing concerns. GOI JV approval should see the SP easily surpass this figure, especially when the focus turns to the deal itself. There are significant gas reserves in the Cambay Field and we have the added 'bonus' of an immediate $2.5M cash injection on GOI approval. All this for an mcap of £14M....

· Both Synergia and Selan are focussed on developing the Cambay PSC Eocene gas and gas condensate reservoir which contains independently certified 2P gas reserves of 206 BCF (as at 1 June 2022)

· The joint venture unlocks the path to a full field development of the Cambay PSC with a sophisticated and experienced operator-partner

· In exchange for the 50% interest, Synergia will be carried by Selan through an agreed US$20 million work programme ("WP") comprising 3 new wells focussed on the Eocene reservoir and 3 well work-overs

· The WP is to be completed within 18 months of the later of GoI approval of the WP or the award of contracts for the WP, extendable by a further six months in certain circumstances

· Synergia will receive a cash payment of US$2.5 million immediately following GoI Approval. The Company proposes to apply the proceeds of this cash payment towards working capital purposes.

· Synergia will retain a 50% interest in the Cambay PSC and a 50% share of the future production and revenues.

SYN actually has an 'asset' and a (potential) means of monitising it. Vastly different to 80% of the cr*p that trades on AIM nowadays imo. The only question (for me) is the timing of the GOI JV approval and whether the elections has an impact. SP still very cheap if GOI approval is forthcoming in the near future....

RNS confirming receipt of funds by the end of the week?

2 Apr 24 RNS: 'the Company will benefit from the free issue of shares in BIO. BIO is paying a non-refundable upfront fee of US$100,000 within 30 days of signing the MoU for a 120-day exclusivity period to complete the formal legally binding agreement.'

The key is the 2nd bank! Surely we should be receiving an update (and from Saudi!) very soon....
