Many of us suspected this was a Selan scam to get Cambay. Sadly Roland has been outmanouvred and I suspect there are too many holes in the contract. Syn will run out of money in due course. Still a chance to escape this pile of sh*te with something before the fat lady sings.....

Yep, jittery banks delaying their decision to fund TK until world markets calm down and decisions on buying our share of the Saudi assets delayed for the same reason. I'm sure Harry as already writing the script and talking to his 'mates' about another money making fund raise. Maybe next year......

Sadly CP, you are likely to be right about the capital raise being required before Cambay is producing cash/profits in 2026 (if at all as still high risk!). They can't even source a couple of rigs ffs! Selan are laughing at Roland.....

What other catalysts are there to move the SP upwards? CCS project? ('blue chip' interest as reported by Roland🤣🤣)

No, mcap of £3M is just simply too high atm and the drift lower in the SP will continue as the weeks/months pass without 'game changing' news. You can be sure that Roland will look after Number One though.....

AIM is full of rogues and Roland is right up there with worst. Any consequences for a total sh*t show? Nah....

Lack of redress for syn (with Selan) and shareholders with Roland/syn. On AIM it was ever thus, although this seems to be becoming an extreme example of CEO ineptitude (and greed still taking remuneration!!)

Is Roland fully across the JV contract? Where are the financial protections regarding delays? A bit amateurish tbh....

There must now be serious concerns that syn will run out of cash later this year and fail to raise sufficient funds to be a going concern. Selan (& Roland?) ride off into the sunset with the Cambay asset. LTHs end up with nothing! Doesn't bear thinking about.....

GW, although a raise is coming (the RNS confirms that imo) it won't happen until H2. It's frightening to think of the raise price plus the SP has quickly fallen below this figure each time in the past which must be off putting to potential investors. Better gambles on AIM?

0.02p seems so cheap until you realise the mcap is still above £3M. With the lack of (positive) news and progress at Cambay (where is the rig Roland?) this looks to be heading down.....

Good in terms of cobre sales and increased Redmoor activity but not so good in terms of current cash position (imminent fund raise?). Might have to wait a while longer for my 1p target! lol
