Looks like limited downside risk here after the last placing with the possibility of a significant upside if one of the projects comes good. Worth a punt imo....

I think we have a consensus on an approach that does nothing to jeopardise the TK finance sign off which could be imminent. LTHs are unhappy about numerous missed deadlines and constant dilution but all that angst will disappear if/when we get the deal across the line.....

Let's talk to Harry (off the record) and get TK finance across the line in the next few weeks. If it all goes t*ts up for some reason then the AGM/EGM route may be the way forward.
