RE: Seller out ?2 Sep 2025 11:01
There have been a number of informative posts on the bb but the one that stays in my memory was posted by Nono Investor (post the 0.3p raise at a premium) and I hope he doesn't mind me reposting it now as the bb returns to a more positive outlook....
You know that moment when the big players double down, and the rest of the market hasn’t caught on yet? That’s exactly what just happened with Solvonis.
Today, three of the company’s largest shareholders—Pamlico Shoals, Nicholas Nelson, and William Potts—just threw another £1 million into the pot at a premium to the share price. Let’s not gloss over that: these aren’t passive backers. These are seasoned investors with deep pockets and even deeper conviction, betting more on Solvonis when they could’ve easily sat on their hands.
Think about what that means. These aren’t retail punters chasing hype—they’re insiders who’ve seen the data, the pipeline, and the AI-driven edge Solvonis has in mental health and addiction. And they’re saying, loud and clear: "We’re not just staying in—we’re buying more." That’s the kind of confidence you can’t fake.
As for the BOD—What a team!
They’ve got SVN-001 barreling through Phase 3 for Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD), a therapy that’s already shown 86% abstinence rates in trials. That’s not just good—it’s transformational for a market with no real treatments. Meanwhile, their AI-driven discovery engine is now turbocharged with fresh cash, hunting for breakthroughs in depression and stimulant addiction—two areas where Big Pharma has embarrassingly failed for decades.
And yet, somehow, the market’s still pricing Solvonis like it’s a gamble.
Solvonis has real clinical assets, real revenue pathways, and now, real heavyweight investors putting more skin in the game.
This raise isn’t just about £1 million—it’s a flashing neon sign that the smart money sees something big coming. The question isn’t whether Solvonis is undervalued. It’s whether you’ll wake up after the crowd finally notices. Because when the first commercial out licensing deal lands (not long), or when that AI platform spits out its first blockbuster candidate, this stock won’t be trading at pennies. It’ll be the one everyone wishes they’d bought before the re-rate.
Pamlico, Nelson, and Potts just tipped their hand. The real question is—are you paying attention?
