Forget what I said about can only buy primary bid as just seen I can buy through my broker

I should say your brokers account

You can only get the offer through primary bid

You have to open an account with them and buy through them and at a later date the shares will be transfered into your account

By the way the shares can only be transferred into a fund account as not allowed to transfer into isa accounts

My experience with 2 companies who raised this way is that the share price has gone below the placing bid the next day
