AGAIN hypothetical question are we getting funding ...answer if kefi dont know who is going to invest yet they wont know the answer will they get bank funds ..according to bank its there and waiting to be finalized..but everything else what is attached to the funding needs to be done via bank requests..and government assurance on certain items ..

I disagree with your last comment of everything happens for a reason...when you get to a point where a government is in control of the SP when they make their decision on licence or funding or contractors or lies about they can fund certain things which they know 100% then thats not a reason for a SP to lower or higher ..manipulation for a benifit where normal investers get screwed over..
