has of today are 217 billion tanzania shillings in debt and the energy minister owes them 7 billion themselves ...so it looks like the tanzanian government are to blame for everything..they want everything and want to pay nothing ..how can you do buisness in that country..plus this has been happening well into the 1990s ..at 2001 tanesco was 198 billion in debt so on average they are 1 billion in the red every year thanks to their own government ..i feel sorry for LC because he has done kibo proud ..
