They can still refuse to approve the mining licences..kibo have a time limit to pay ..which they will pay on time..but this is africa so nothing is 100% until signed and certificate approved by the right people

Mining right and mining licence are the same then...why is one called a right and thecother called a licence ...to me a right is a piece of paper asking to mine the land and pay for it if approved..a licence is giving you permission to mine the land ..difference being asking and permission ...i could be wrong oh holy one
