Will not invest a dollar or penny ...until ethiopia gov have signed and put everything in place first..but when the gov have done their part they will give ANS a time limit to invest or harry will be allowed to put his next investor in a position to take over ANS

You have to look at all good and bad points ...1st good point is harry has got to the point hes done everything human has possible ..thats 100% in my book..but now we have the bad points 1st will ANS invest 2nd will ethiopia GOV ever sign anything of important for kefi ..theses 2 bad points are the only things that are holding this project..only thing harry can do is sit on his hands and wait but can he and us trust abiy or ethiopia GOV..????
