Not that I know and it's not a stupid question (I'm learning all the time here) - my view is expectation is now set for the sale of the other two plots (remember these are each the size of a tesco supermarket), with the world expo coming to dubai and specifically in and around the Arjan area I expect the two plots to sell fast now and at a good price with the honourable Lootahs network and contacts. I believe what has changed is the macro fundamentals surrounding these plots - now in demand, a lot of Arjan has now been developed on so there's a land grab - this board has been shrewdd by waiting and selling at a higher price - furthermore they say they will make some sort of return to the shareholders potentially - I dunno but I read the RNS again on the FT and it was clinical - a perfect example of how rns should be

that's the hardest to value - it's a minority stake in the business, there's no dividends, no control by TJi. I gave it an uplift on the grounds the Tji stake is surrounded by private equity and they ll either pay us off or sell to an acquirer I think it's worth more than book (don't forget it's a minority stake so mayb be subjected to a discount also) Regardless I think given its venture capital and M&A activity is hot in Europe right now for biogas Id say a value of $10mill is not far off

right think the MCAP here is showing wrong - it's actually $8million - that includes 6.5 for the plot sale leaving 1.5 - I reckon Bekon is worth about $10mill conservative amount and 2 more plots to come of about 6mill each - possibly more So add in further $22 mill mcap to catch up on $8mill - say 2.5 times from current price gives what 0.775 Yep im going nowhere until his royal excellency sells the remaining two plots
