Hi Blank, I do find it both annoying and worrying but take into account they are going into the G2P in Indonesia under the new regulations and thus far no G2P have been approved within Indonesia due to PLN, there are changes happening now within Indonesia & the last RUPTL of which i hope can get things moving. But yes its very frustrating to say the least. Problem is funds, i dont the the BOD had expected things to take this long at all, but it is what it is atm. Long term this will be massive, short term im unsure. They need funds no doubt about that, can they generate non dilutive funds without actually having a physical project approved and in motion..... that the question.

Latest MOU does not have binding elements, its an agreement to explore something but nothing concrete. Its good for them to be talking to and signing MOU's with these blue chips but need more.

Hi Chris... I assume your were poking fun to have 3 assets pumping out 10 million bopd as the world only produces about 95 million bopd, as much as I would like to be the world's largest single producer I suspect that might be just a bit ambitious. We will be releasing RNS's as we achieve material milestones in our re-branding process so our CEB family in London can get a view to the future. The company will have a complete make-over for sure when we resurface. Suffice it to say we are moving things along on all fronts. As always, keep the faith and please keep in touch. Cheers D

I think this is very important regarding any placing funds raised for assets - Indonesia is governed by an Production Sharing agreement where the company supplies the capital and expertise and in return retain a percentage of the gross production. The advantage of the PSC system is that even though we would only receive, say % of the gross production but we recover all our costs from the govt share. So for fields on production, and for CEB it is why we are focusing our attention on farm ins for a work program because we would immediately be getting those costs returned from the govt share, the next month actually. The net amount of capital we have to raise will be the gross capital less what we get in return from the cost recovery pool generated by production. This is from DW, any comments?
