We don’t know what percentage helium is. We have been given a ppm but not in what medium. If it is in the drilling mud (as I suspect), the helium percentage can be quite different.
Not much said about the helium today and I’m certainly no expert but I also hold shares in HEX, a pure helium play.
Drilling results for their Darwin 1 well showed 1,312ppm which turned out to be 1.1% helium after lab tests. This well is now commercial with measured flow rate.
Making guesses at prices is difficult as we dont know how far they intend to take the drilling. FWIW i am hoping/expecting something around $250m/£200m.
After much umming and ahhing, decided to top up another £5k. Watched the investor presentation again and it just feels that this is the real deal regardless of the outcome of this re-entry.
“The Company is fully funded to undertake all additional operations that may be considered necessary to support reservoir flow assurance for the purposes of planning a potential development option.”
Funny statement to put in an RNS if there was no flow?
Took my first few shares yesterday and will look to add over next couple of months. From the interviews it looks like they will build up a resource here by early next year.
