Remember they are Surgical Masks ALL Hospitals here will be using them and around the world.

After Covid Now I feel Masks will become new part of our life.. like happens in Japan China,

What do we what will be next after Covid... better be safe then sorry. RMS will need to get More machines next year.

Pharm 2 Farm Update

The Company is pleased to issue the following update on its wholly owned subsidiary Pharm 2Farm Limited ("P2F").



P2F is continuing to receive enquiries from prospective distributors and purchasers for its viricidal mask and now anticipates that future demand for its mask may outstrip the production line capacity of five million viricidal face masks per month.



To fulfil part of the anticipated excess demand, P2F expects to supply its patented filter material, initially, to certain partner mask manufacturers, until P2F has itself procured additional production lines.



Over the weekend P2F signed binding heads of terms with a manufacturer of surgical masks in Germany. The German manufacturer will subcontract to supply complete masks to P2F to the P2F specification and brand name, and also purchase P2F filter material for their own brand masks. Under the heads of terms the manufacturer will also develop and supply anti-viral C-Fold masks using P2F filter material to extend P2F's market reach. The heads of terms are subject to final contractual agreement between the parties.



The Company will provide further updates to the market as appropriate.

If we get RNS Monday for approval, This price is well undervalued, then come January Machines delivered and production starts of millions of Masks, I got a feeling we may need finance come February -March AS We will need more machines, but buy the we will be getting sales through,,, Remote Monitored Systems PLC (LON:RMS) said its subsidiary, Pharm 2 Farm Limited (P2F) is anticipating excess demand for its antiviral face masks which may outstrip the production line capacity of 5mln masks per month.

Actually I need to correct myself ... the manufacturer of the production line noting that the production machinery is now expected to undergo final acceptance testing in mid-December at the manufacturer's premises in Spain. SORRY THERE IS NO DELAY, We are in Mid December or it is actually slightly forwarded.

As noted in the Company's announcement of 11 November 2020, the Directors have been expecting the delivery and installation of its new anti-viral mask production line at or around the end of November. Yesterday, 25 November 2020, the Company received an update from P2F and the manufacturer of the production line noting that the production machinery is now expected to undergo final acceptance testing in mid-December at the manufacturer's premises in Spain. It will then be shipped, installed and commissioned at P2F's Biocity premises in Nottingham. Commercial production and shipment of product is now expected to begin in January 2021. Here we go RNS from November... only difference on delivery I see is it was Mid December now 28th December that is remember due to Holiday period so in a way only one WEEK difference

Approval certificate and then confirmed delivery date will change things here.. Just be patience

I nearly sold at 2.30 was in profit but I did like the RNS as production will happen ,so got faith in this come January sure these prices will be HISTORY.
Also, we may get RNS Monday about approval and this will get over 2.50-300, MMS are corrupt but they are here to make money to. Funding I still believe will be sorted ,let's get approval and then MASKS delivered revenue will start coming in.

The Company has received an update from Lemu Group ("Lemu"), the manufacturer of the mask making machine, in respect of the timing for testing and delivering of the new production line.

Factory Acceptance Testing of the machine is due to take place later today, alongside this testing there will also be a batch of masks produced for certification purposes. The mask is being certified to the EN14683 standard.

Following testing, Lemu has indicated that it now intends to carry out work on certain components (principally final finishing and hardening) such that delivery of the machine to P2F's premises in Nottingham, is not now expected until 28th December 2020 at the earliest.

The consequences of this delay, in combination with the holiday period, are that RMS has had to review the P2F commissioning and production schedule in January and February next year with the Company anticipating that a maximum of 1m anti-viral masks will be produced at Nottingham in January and 2m in February 2021.

Thereafter production is expected to build to a maximum capacity of 5m masks per month should the machine perform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at its anticipated optimum specification.
