Calgary, Canada; London, United Kingdom; December 16, 2020 - Canadian Overseas Petroleum Limited ("COPL" or the "Company") (XOP: CSE) & (COPL: LSE), an international oil and gas exploration and development company, today announces that it has agreed to acquire Atomic Oil & Gas LLC ("Atomic") for a consideration of US$54 million consisting of assumed debt, cash and shares. This strategic acquisition would represent a step change in the capacity and revenue generating opportunities open to the Company. COPL expects to complete the acquisition by January 31, 2021, with a long stop date in the agreement of 90 days from execution. The effective date of the transaction is December 1, 2020.

Waiting game before January 31st we will see where this will be I expect to be over 2p

How MMS makes people Panic... see if any one who bought above 0.30 and is a trader he/she will be panicking longer it takes he wants to get out.. then even if they hold when price rises to say 0.30 they end up selling... but people need to learn read RNS and patience , happened to me so many Times when I sold it bloody RISES , Every time I buy it drops, Now no more panic just wait reach my target and sell

They were from Yesterday.. it is hard to confirm when we get delay buys-sells whether they are buys or Sells... For me I feel MMS trying to drop SP to scare people and then they will try raiding stop losses.. They know where this is going so just trying to MUG people and make money later
