I don't think you will see 70 as BTC will reverse.. BTC temporarily dropped under 40 other day then quick bounce... this could be the lows in ARB and BTC...

With ALL the buying and price not moving is very strange as bit of selling this drops quick.. may be it is kept low to get seller out
