only my opinion but I think BTC may have HIT the BOTTOM... Nearly broke 20000 but bounced back and ARB seems will bounce of from here to... close could be BLUE or Evens

I decided to buy at 33 and happy as BTC can move up as quickly as the DROP.. Worth a punt at these prices
