price is going to be very volatile and subject to huge market variations/manipulation/interference from both sources within, and outwith. Keep your eye on the ball peeps for the right time to buy/sell unless just holding to the death. I can buy more but after selling 1500 for 151p, really got no need just now to go back in. russell, perfectly happy paying 1.504p for top up 1 as the next one to same value was set for 1.47p and obviously went unfilled. MRS mid price = 2.95p, URU holding = 17,550,000. Current value of URU holding = £517,725. And that's @ MRS mid price as well. Really doubtful selling there. ATB. :o).

Agreed ofd, DH spouting off as usual. It's not new news as JZ has already told us finance is required to further the Zeb project. Whatever deal JZ comes up with will advance URU prospects in the long run even if temporarily dilutive. Nothing definitive until a deal is done and RNS'd. Shit, how can it possibly be any worse than what we've endured so far as lth's here since JZ's "4.5p is the floor" quote. But, i have the capacity to forgive the mighty one and put it down to his bravado and bullish exuberance. Just as long as he does right by us all from now on. :o).

what you got cooking?. What novel way of fundraising can JZ procure that helps boost sentiment @ URU as well as provide adequately for the recently announced masterplan?. Remember the pencilled in expenditure costings were only approximations and are always going to be subject to amendment and probable upward revision. Best to raise more than the bare minimum imo. Guzz, Zorbs ave on the MRS drop was 2.48p for over 4.4M. Who's to say he's not already offloaded a bundle for decent profit when nearing 4.9p. I did for a small gain as it seened sensible with the ongoing turmoil. Kept 25:% for the ride but once i could bank any profit from the low buys, i did. You are right though these guys are so experienced at playing the game. And they have more cash available for manipulation than most individual pi's. And, as an aside where my MRS released funds have gone aren't exactly performing to the expectations. Up in a few, down in a few but mostly boring. Won't cry about it. :o).

no point in URU selling the MRS stake (8.91%) anywhere near the level it's sat at. Whatever JZ does with his chunky personal holding of 5.59% is entirely up to him. He took up 4M in the bookbuild @ 6.5p with the price not getting high enough to make worthwhile profit, then he bought another bundle of 4.45M @ 2.48p ave recently after the scandalous drone episode and ensuing market ructions. He's not exactly ahead of the curve just like everyone else there (including myself) i believe. Anyway, this is URU and the sun is shining on the good and the righteous. And the rest. :o).

I'm thinking very close king if intentions of stated timelines for submissions are to be met. (beware the obvious slippage potential though imo). Also, on page 20 - Project Plan under the Resource definition section, the timeframes given for drilling, follow up Geological modelling then proof of concept with potential declaration of a JORC compliant resource all fall consecutively from May to September end. Just over 4 months. All in all, wherever we get the funds from the potential to press ahead is set out plainly for all to see. First time we've had that type of clarity i think?. :o).
