Corcel, the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in battery metals and flexible energy generation and storage is pleased to announce that, following recent positive structural changes in the Nickel market, it has engaged a North American based investment bank to market its Wowo Gap nickel/cobalt project for potential farm outs or other funding solutions. The Company currently holds a 100% interest in the Wowo gap project.

Advisor Engagement

Following recent nickel price movements, an approach by the bank and in anticipation of wider market interest, the Company has appointed a North American investment bank to facilitate a potential farm out of the Wowo Gap project, either through a direct equity investment into the project or corporate funding solution. The Company believes that it is the right time to accelerate development of the project and that bringing in project capital and potentially a minority partner will facilitate these goals.

The Company also believes that assets such as the Company's Wowo Gap and Mambare projects are now rising to the forefront of global investor interest, as users of nickel look to secure reliable sources of supply. The Company looks to aggressively advance the timelines of the Wowo gap project in order to capitalize on these conditions.

Mambare mining lease application progressing with the application now passed to the National Executive Council, likely the final step in the application process

Following the environmental permit award in 2021, the Mining Lease application has now been sent by the Papua New Guinea Mining Advisory Council to the National Executive Council ("NEC") for final review. The NEC is the team of senior ministers in PNG, broadly equivalent to the Cabinet.

in these markets, to have funding via deep pockets is a must...

Corcel Plc, ("Corcel" or "the Company"), the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in battery metals and flexible grid solutions, announces exclusive rights over the acquisition of the "shovel ready" Avonmouth 50MW gas peaking project outside of Bristol from FPC Electric Land Limited ("Electric Land" or "EL").

Highlights:



o CRCL acquires exclusive rights to 100% of the Avonmouth gas peaking project further expanding its growing Flexible Grid Solutions project portfolio

o CRCL also acquires the rights over an additional 15MW of potential grid connection capacity and associated land at the Avonmouth complex

o Purchase consideration is £72,000 payable now and a further £72,000 payable at financial close as well as agreement with EL on a 30-year project land lease

so a loss in mkt cap of £2 - 2.5m for an investment of just £72k..

its created a buying opportunity at these levels

I would say it's to do with investors not wanting to put their names to fossil fuel investment, world is going green and everyone wants to be Part of the revolution to a greener planet , hence why the battery storage is much more attractive to CRCl as likely to have a numberofinvestors lined up now Corcel have partnership in place ,
Burwell should be a very attractive asset along with these other projects inthe pipeline

The mining plan was targeting 22000 t per month , currently a long way off
