RE: Has one more patient got PFS at 20 months?28 Apr 2026 13:16
Hello everyone. I’ve got a question. It’s probably been answered before, but it doesn’t hurt to ask. We’ve got plenty of expertise here on the forum.
In the January RNS, the PFS comparison still shows ISCIB1+ at 74% after 16 months versus Soc at 50% after 11.5 months.
In today’s RNS, we have the direct comparison after 20 months. That stands at 77% ISCIB1+ versus 43% Soc.
A 34% increase in PFS after 20 months… that’s massive💪🏼💪🏼
The same figures viewed from a different angle are even more IMPRESSIVE…
The 34% increase is, in a ‘direct comparison’ to the 43% for Soc, actually an almost 80% increase…WOWWWW
If, in my enthusiasm, I’ve misunderstood anything, please correct me.
So far, the findings; now my question.
Since PFS is rising in the ISCIB1+ group and falling in the Soc group over time, it is therefore possible that, in further patients in the study, ISCIB1+ will ensure that the tumour does not grow any further (based on the previous figures), thus increasing PFS, whilst in the Soc group, PFS could presumably fall (based on the previous figures), causing the gap to widen even further…
I’m honestly totally hyped right now. Please correct me if anything is wrong.
