If your son bought before divi at 1.98 and averaged down then he hasn’t done as good as if he’d held, he won’t get the dividend on his sells so that’s gone.

Now it’s about the potential future dividends and acquisitions and future high cash flows,

These companies in AIM are rare to find so increase your holdings and hold imho.

It’s all about the company that’s in a very high cash positive position, I had no doubt I will do well here and a dividend is a bonus, I expect more dividend payments to come .

Share buybacks are the icing on the cake.

Tak shares out of circulation and so higher future dividend, that’s why they do it to make shareholders more wealthy, the board hold shares remember so they get high returns also.

I’m holding and will get my £5k dividend on the 13th May and will be looking forward to future returns. My 5k is going back in to buy shares so sp doesn’t matter to me atm. Atb

Looking good for a rise back towards 3p in the coming days or so.

Any company now paying a dividend in AIM is a rare one and potentially a big returner,

Good to see cash overflowing now and we now know the board like to give returns back to their shareholders.

That’s what companies aim to do and now seed is doing it.

Has the company paid a dividend before then?

Mkcap value was far to low and well below Nav, so they wanted to offload cash to shareholders and in turn make this company more attractive to investors bringing up the value.

Thats how it works and I expect more dividends in the near future.

These companies are rare to find on AIM.

GKP was a great divi payer before the pipeline was halted.

One to watch in the future though.

Why would it drop to 1.5p when it was over 2p before dividend announcement, share buy back means just that , shares are being take out of circulation so less shares available, meaning our shares are worth more than current mkcap each time they buy back.

Best to hold get your dividend and usually the sp moves up anyway and that’s without share buybacks.

Win win , so will be up again tomorrow more than likely as it’s the last day to get in before ex-divi.

That’s the usual rubbish you hear on most boards.

Here they are flowing with cash so that’s good with any investor.

Enough to do a share buyback and pay a dividend,

They have stated that they expect cash to increase in this year and beyond. I expect further dividend payments.

The company is doing very well, share buy backs and dividend payments is always a very good sign,

Buy and hold, get your dividend and enjoy future increases in share price and dividend payments.

That that’s goes to the way you look at cash value.

£100 quid to one person might feel like having a grand, and a grand might feel like a £100 quid to another.

I find that as I’m getting older I’m realising that nothing is true, it’s all down to perception, it’s as you see your life, and things will look different to others,

50 years to one person might feel like a 100 to another. Thats how I look at it.
