News always leak's before an rns comes out. I find that it moves about 10- 30 mins before an rns comes as some who are involved in the coming take up there positions, let's say it's a company bonus. with all the major components already to assemble it's a huge opportunity for NYW new investor's and the original ones to either up there stake in the wheel or be a part of such a unique and ambitious project.
Challenger Aq will be the operator for the wheel and it will bring continuous revenue for many years for the company.
And also not forgetting the Dallas wheel that will be completed in 2019.

Anyway do you really think that NYW will pull the the plug on the project after all that has progressed and the £400m that has allready been used by private investores
They will need to find another £150m to complete the project including the surrounding area.
Well lets look at what has been spent and what needs to be completed.......
The foundation and struture of the terminal building is substantially complete, each of the four 275 foot legs are complete and ready to be erected, the car park is complete,
Manufacturing is either complete or in final stages on the other major components such as the rim cables,spindle,drive towers ,capsules,electrical and control cainets.
To be clear, there's a huge amount of work already been completed with the land and the structures on site so for it not to be completed would not make financial sense.
I would imagine there will be investors lining up to be a part of the wheel.
Even Melbourne in Australia have the star observation wheel so why not have the New york wheel.

We've come to a very exciting time for challenger and all looks promising from the last interview from Mark Gustafson jan 2018, That interview I just posted was fact and any up date would be announced as it was yesterday from the good news with star sanctum.

A cash sell as you know is when it's sold all its investments and has no potential income, here there's huge potential income. just a little patience is needed for massive rewards.
