i was in here but the fact they anounced they want to become an AIM cash shell put me off .
also the 1.75 billion (the placing shares) at 0.01p. The board intend to convene a general meeting of the company (the"GM") in the near future to seek shareholders approval for the company to become an AIM cash shell.
The Board will set out in this circular its intended plan once the company becomes an AIM Cash shell.
