Noble Helium are drilling in Northern Rukwa in Q2. They are on the ASX platform so it can hardly be called cross ramping .

If you had been here for any length of time , you would know that He1 had close links with Noble in the past . Their results will be relevant .

Totally agree with that analysis. Unfortunately most on here are not interested in hearing the facts .

Will be interesting to see what results Noble Helium get when they commence drilling in Q2 - they are targeting shallower plays .

Or people who bought high panicking & are now buying more to lower their averages

By their own admission- “ Itumbula is a unique play “ means that any possible partner will need to see lots of positive data & a proven plausible way of extracting the helium . Their forward plan means more exploration wells are needed for them to fully understand if it is commercially viable .

It’s a difficult situation- they need a partner’s money to drill these wells but success is far from being guaranteed. Will they find someone to take that gamble ?

They have been looking for a JV partner for a couple of years . No one with very deep pockets has been interested so far . The latest disappointing update is unlikely to have them flocking in just yet .

And the JV partner - if they can find one - needs very deep pockets & be prepared to take a huge risk on this . This for me is years away from possible production. In fact , I don’t think it will ever get there due to location & finances.

McNol may be right about a takeover but for me - this is all about shares being forward sold before an inevitable raise & further dilution.

As for funding - I’m not sure if they’re fully funded to test them all .

Wasn’t there another oiler on here you were all following that done loads of drills but no testing - how did that end up ?

Would I be correct in saying that they have not flow tested any of their recent wells yet ? If so it is surprising how well the sp has rose ? I know first results have been good but no EWT’s yet ?

The ESP tests were done to improve on the EWT test results- which they have done .

Still only 0.275 mcf/d - that’s $150 per day production from this well

There’s unlikely to be a queue of companies for a JV with those production numbers !

This is a long way from production & reliant on finding someone to finance it - something that they have been unable to do thus far .

All sounds very good until you read the part about “Forward Plan “

Production is a long way off & will be very expensive .
