Still working full time I do not have the time to study charts to react at the drop of the hat to whatever is going on during trading hours.

There are many of us truly drowning in this share - I have around 300k shares at an average of around 15p - about £35k down . Have bought shares at 24p,15p,10p,6p & 5p - trying to get my average down with money I should not have touched - 90% down !

Stupidly I have refused to take a paper loss along the way always believing that Tai coming up trumps - would be a certainty.

No early retirement for me now - I only hope I will still have a marriage once the mrs finds out what I have done !

My fault I know but doesn’t make it any easier to accept - so I apologise in advance if I vent any anger on here . Not bailing now - 🙏 for Itumbula

Finally got to watch the AGM presentation & my overriding feeling is that whilst there are advantages of owning your own rig ,the reality is that Helium One just cannot afford to be both explorer & rig operator. The costs involved has crippled us & will continue to do so . Having a JV seems the only way forward & they have ruled that out because no one is interested. Not surprising considering their recent performances.

So the Nomad has been given the blame for the unbelievable & unforgivable RNS . We may see a rabbit yet but I’m not holding my breath !

If Noble was in this scenario I have no doubt the directors would put their hands in their own pockets & stump up the cash needed to drill Itumbula . How committed is our lot on their fat salaries? 🤔

Or could they possibly have another investor interested & they will save the placing for future drills after Itumbula ? When the sp will be potentially higher ?

TBH - I don’t think they could announce the placing price because of the ever decreasing sp - they have probably have had to change it several times already ! But of course this is their own fault through their own mismanagement & incompetence!

You are spot on - if any of us is to salvage anything out of this - then we need to get the drill spinning again ! We might not be happy about how they do it but at least there will be hope !

My point is it says nothing about how they are going to do it . At the AGM once the resolution is passed they can do a placing straight away if they want to . If they are going to do it any other way I would have thought it would have been announced this morning.

Only my opinion & of course I hope I am wrong & a massive JV is announced accordingly!

As usual - a He1 RNS leaves us with more questions than answers. Let’s see what the AGM brings ? Will they enlighten us about the Eyasi agreement with the TZ govt ?

Hopefully Nobles lab results will come up trumps - they have been so upbeat both before & after their drills . If it transpires that they are also a bunch of conniving lying bastards then I fear all investor confidence will drain from any projects in the Rukwa basin .

He1 was one of the most eagerly awaited drills of 2023 - and they have %ucked it up big time through a little bit of bad luck but mostly their own incompetence.

I’m expecting them to turn up in tin hats & full body armour! I also can’t see any of them taking any responsibility for what has gone on . Q& A will short & not so sweet & they will need an armed guard to get out !

Not so angry today - realisation has set in & there is nothing I can do - the horse has bolted.

Well this time tomorrow I hope the way forward- if there is a way forward? - might be a bit clearer . However I have a feeling they will leave us with even more questions than we have had answers .
