It was Feb 5th they finished wirelogging & stem tests - you are talking about the EWT which were done a lot later .

I am surprised that the ML application didn’t require an independent CPR - A year has passed since Itumbula results & we still know very little about the results .

The market obviously doesn’t trust this board - quite rightly too after some of the shenanigans they pulled in the past - & the sp will not move forward until we see the figures .

After all is said and done it would seem that we agree there is not much left in the pot now once all the blue star money has gone .

I find it hard to believe that one has not been done yet . There’s been plenty of time since the ML application to have had one done

A couple of excellent posts there & not an insult in site . My thoughts are have all costs associated with ML application been taken out already & how much of the Blue Star money had left the building by dec 2024 ?

I think you can look at it either way - make the figures work for you or against you .

The current cash picture could look quite different now if substantial costs hadn’t been taken out of the $10m.

unlike you - I have been invested here since before Tai 1 - just don’t spout drivel like yourself every day on here . I just can’t get my head around the finances here - it doesn’t seem to add up - I think most were surprised if not astounded to here they had 10m at end of December

The £6.4m raise in august was all for the Blue star project - not just £1.5 m .

Has all this money been spent or is it included in the €10m left ?

Is it common for financial results to not be passed at AGM’s ? Why would they not be ? Why would people vote against it ?

You seem to know everything-can you tell me why the financial results were not carried at the AGM ? And the interim results are unaudited ?

The £4.7m raise Feb 2024 was done to keep the lights on - sorry operational costs - they were skint & every raise since the money was all earmarked for specific projects .

Just wondering how the balance sheet still says $10 m ?

£8m for EWT at Itumbula

£6.4 m in August for Bluestar

No matter how you look at it - I don’t believe the numbers

They raised £6m in December to finish drilling Itumbula when previously they said it was fully funded . They raised another £4.7m in February 2025 for operations- basically they were skint & it kept the lights on .

They raised another £6.4m in June for Bluestar operations .

And at the AGM the financials were chucked out & never explained why .

So to have $10m at year end seems highly unlikely- why was it unaudited?

He1 has never been good with figures- normally we don’t get any at all - so it all looks a bit 🐠 to me - unless it includes an advance from the TG

I may be wrong but at the AGM in December - resolution 1 was not carried out- I believe that was the financial report .

At IPO they only had Ingomar & that was supposed to be the Holy Grail . For some reason Rudyard has never really affected the sp price . The highs & lows have come when news about Ingomar has dropped . That’s all that the market seems concerned about.

Sooner or later the penny will have to drop & we will have a sp that properly reflects the prospect .

Bo Spears is known as “mr helium” and holds the greatest respect within the industry. I don’t believe he & DM are taking us for mugs .

Clink#1 well cost $2.13m to drill - we are not talking He1 drill prices here - so with the savings made on the purchase of the second production well - they may already have enough for clink#2 or very close to it .

New clink well will be put on the back burner whilst they concentrate on getting Rudyard into production which they are fully funded for .

They have said they will wait to analyse the gas sample from Charles formation & decide over the summer what they will do moving forward.
