The BOD did not take part in the raise, which just shows how much they care about their/our company.
They have raised twice in less than a year, each time diluting and decimating LTH's
Looks like the only way they could get the raise away was heavily discounting it.
Not sure how long it takes to get a raise in motion, but could the BOD not have raised a few weeks ago when the SP was at a premium to where it languishes now? I think it was Trout who mentioned that the BOD should have raised at a premium at that time?
In the RNS, it stated that the funds raised would be used for certain things, those things appear to be exactly the same as the previous raise, apart from the word "deeper"
PS has not taken part in the raise, and only purchased approx. £4k in stock in the last yr on the open market.
I would like to hear what KingH has to say on this last RNS?
Its a shame to loose Clarets, when a good egg like that goes, and are seriously miffed, you know things aint great.

I previously mocked you before you were on this BB for your skills and rational, i apologised for what i said before, and i apologise again after knowing more of your story.
Will PS do a IM? probably, he'll have to be brave , as the negative feeling towards him and the BOD will be palpable.
I have mailed the company, will i get a reply, who knows, i was as diplomatic as i could be whilst seething.
Interims are early March.
Staff turnover has been mentioned. Is it common for a small company to have such a high turnover? Are these employees not being paid enough so they move on? Are they using PYC as a career stepping stone?
The only people to make £ at this time are the people who are buying at these levels and the WRAP. We'll have another scenario like the last raise when we had to churn through millions of shares, over a period of time.
It was interesting to read what ANT16 said, as a founder, his views should be listened to.
