The Truth is Cineworld Are Still in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection Until July.

I Would Take 0.5p When Markets Opens Today.

Yea Give Me Some Money lol :).

The Truth is the Attorney Didn’t Really Care.

But the Bankruptcy Judge Did a Little Bit.

The Truth is Not Much Hope Now I Sold 40,000 Shares.

Kept My Other 380,000 Shares.

However a Little Bit of Hope is Better than No Hope at all.

With a Little Bit of Luck I Make it Through in the Night With My Cineworld Shares x3 lol :).

But Cineworld Have Told Us in Black and White on Their Website Page So Now I Believe it.

Cineworld Confirms on it’s Website Today That They Will File For Administration in the U.K. Very Painful.

There is Still Hope at the Moment.

Anyway’s Let Just Hope Cineworld Can Keep Trading.

The Truth is Which One is it Reorganisation or Administration.

Which One is it ???????.

Either Way Something Does Not Add Up.

U.K. Law Should Block it.

All We Hope For Now is U.K. Law Blocks Cineworld Going into Administration.

Let’s Hope There is Light at the End of the Road Simple as that Really.

I Don’t Understand How Cineworld Can File For Administration in the U.K. For Two Reasons.

1. The Companies Act (2006).

2. They Are No Longer Bankruptcy.

The Truth is Either Way Something Still Does Not Add Up Here.

They Still Haven’t Employed a New Management Team Yet Either.

Cineworld Have Already Brought in a New Chairman They Done That a Bit Quick Don’t You Think.

Either Way it’s Not Over Yet Anyway.

However it Will Be Interesting to See How the Market Reacts When it Opens Today.

Either Way I Still Have Hope For Two Reasons.

1. No Final Decision Has Being Made Anyway.

2. In the Bankruptcy Papers it Says the Debtor Does Not Have to Fully Legally Deliver the Terms in the Plan Anyway.
