Could only secure enough to pay off atlas, not enough to clear mecuria as well and had to be secured against a property not associated to the supposedly 70 million valued mine. And wow again to top it off an incredibly generous interest rate of 20%. 1.2 billion shares incoming plus and we better hope this rise is exceptional as another $1.6 million in warrants at the close of play price plus 20%. What’s not to like ALL OF IT.

Management both the same jumping from one company making asset to another, one continent to another leads to scepticism over the assets and people drill a bit deeper and scepticism turns to realism that these assets are at best mediocre and will cost a fortune to prove up as a viable mineable resource and a large dollop of luck. This management has shown it has no real confidence in any of the assets to go all in on one, what does that tell an investor.

At long last be going after the copper, been calling for deeper drills for years. Good Copper traces at depth in the past, glad to see if no other project in the offing use the raised money to go after the copper if struck this will be huge come on EUZ

So what is the variation that the board have signed on our behalf, that atlas won’t dilute further over the next 3 months or that they will convert ever larger amounts. How long before this is worthless 2M market cap with 60M of supposed infrastructure and over 300 staff employed to dig out what and at what price. Why can’t they just give a full and honest appraisal of this 5hit 5how once and for all and let the market decide, nothing to lose.GLALTH

More to appease the greens but can they be appeased. What I want to hear from the company is the possible/ probable court case with our green friends, real lack of communication with share holders on the feelings of the locals and their real fears for the project and wether they value the efforts of the board in making this the greenest mine on the planet.

On another pointless drilling campaign, love it when a company starts reporting in PPM, trying to confuse the issue but grades of .8-1.5 grams per tonne at over 100 meter’s deep or about 10 odd houses deep ain’t gonna cut it, not worth the cost of diesel to drill. Get back to the big one if it’s such a huge resource but they seem so slow on the big one now makes me question also.

Company held $7.5M at DEC 31st, so roughly $5M left don't value this at much more than money in the bank due to poor stewardship, so a lot further to go and bear in mind this lot like to raise early so expect funding shortly, 11% discount last time expect this to be worse this time. Management, can destroy a company regardless of resource. One of my other metal company investments over £2 billion in metals resource Jorc inferred and indicated and well on the way to pfs and a pitiful company valuation of less than £3 Mil. If this shower don't get their act together similar value here, lots of resources need lots of investment time to concentrate as they have been unable to attract a JV of any sort and a failed IPO dressed up as we would be better off going it alone DO ME A FAVOUR. gla

Market down on what many will call again good news, yes we now have a jorc but 12 months ago we were told this was an outstanding resource and that the board were going to apply for a mining license, 12 months on and we are going to only review the process for applying for a license. Do this lot really take us for naïve idiots that cant work out that they are totally incompetent.
