I was in ggp sub 1p in your posistion used my profits sold out bought a house before the curve and my area house prices soared. Did I make more money than if held ggp ? No did i make the right decision yes. I flipped it made money that way and now have a larger house over my head.

Regardless of how bullish and confident I am in ggp it's STOCKs and you shouldn't have money in you can't afford to lose.

I think you need to look past just these x2 plays too. I imagine SD will be long gone but at the point cash flow is in pocket I strongly suspect GGP will look to acquire. If you look at all the top miners they all grew from one or two big hits. If probably haverion is a good place to start....
