Hi IvaP,
The news you may want to hear will be tomorrow, as------------.
"Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the international healthcare group, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2018 on Tuesday 26 March 2019".
I am going to the UK Investor show in London on the 30th March, APH have a stand and I may ask a few questions
Good morning Gentlemen, (assumption).
You have both made very valid points and I commend you both.
I have (once again) looked at the interim account filed last September and I am not overly hopefully that there will be a dramatic improvement in the accounts - more like same as previous - therefore I am off the view there will not be a dividend (even a token one) - the rational is the funds raised were for acquisitions and not to pay dividends, to pay a dividend without recording a profit is in, my opinion, a poor use of funds raised.
Truro Trader you said
"Time will of course tell but I think we are in a transformative period this financial year". Regrettably TPG have been in a transformation period for two year, therefore it MUST happen. The danger is that PI's will start to lose interest.
Able,
Whilst you have been involved in share market for 50+ years and have undoubtedly have had experienced many, many scenarios, our (wonderful) government have made a mess of BREXIT and this has undoubtedly muddied the investment waters.
All things being equal I still have faith in TPG delivering on promises made, as they do have available capital via funds raised.
But I do think that TPG should provide better guidance to PI's who have supported since them since the "days of Corac".
On Saturday 30th March I will be going to the UK Investors show in London, pity TPG won't be present
I do hope you are all keeping well and the sun is shining.

With regards to BREXIT apparently Mrs May has asked the EU for a 3 month extension.
That does not mean that TPG can extend publishing the final accounts by 3 months.
The 2nd April ------------------- means the 2nd April
I agree the BoD rarely pay any attention to the views of PI's expressed on a bulletin board, as TT has said the percentage held by PI's is about 15%. A better place to ask questions of any BoD is the AGM.
It's good to read different views from various people - Max, TruroTrader and ABLE. I am still waiting for the final accounts on the 2nd April, we "might" have left the EU by then............. lol
Hi all,
Is there anybody watching this company and can anybody advise when the final accounts are to be filed. The interim's dated 30th June look reasonable and growth in sp looks promising
Hello all,
I agree with everything that TruroTrader has said about the cash raised, the prospective did target multiple companies, and since then we have had very little input from the BoD.
The inactivity is (IMO) one of the reasons (and yes there others) that the sp has remained low.
I still wait patiently for the final accounts on the 2nd April, hopefully the BoD will offer some guidance on the cash held, although the situation on Brexit will provide an excuse.... Valid or not
Hello all,
The additional money raised by the BoD was July 2017 (I think I have the correct year) and the Brexit date was 29th March 2019. At that the time of funds were raised it is highly unlikely that any "Guidance and Requests" circulated by MOD.
As the govn: in totally undecided about the Brexit, the the MOD would not issue any "Guidance and Requests".
as they have no knowledge what will happen on the 29th (nobody does)............
How the "impact" of the 29th of March will 'pan' out on share prices, in general and TPG in particular, is anybody guess.
Regards
DAR
I see ABLE has received a knighthood lol
Good morning rivaldo and Bazzaman,
Many thanks for the in-depth research and observations. Your views have helped 'settled' my nerves on the sp movement since final accounts were filed a few days ago.
Grateful somebody is watching this company, which I believed have true potential
Best wishes
DAR
Thank you for checking the date of accounts last year as May and your observation that accounts maybe earlier (nobody will hold you to that ...)
As we have received no update re: Aviva claim, I 'wrongly' assumed it have been resolved.
I have done further research and IMO the fall in share price could be the lack of news.
The financial year end is 31st December and I would have expected a RNS advising a date the accounts are to be filed.
The lack of info could be the reason behind the fall in share price - info is needed ASAP
Totally baffled by the sp fall today, no guidance or statement from the BoD
I can't see any reason
Good afternoon GS,
-SFO is out of their hands --- I agree nothing WTG could say any comments must come from SFO
-SGH claim has a court date -- we allknow the date the case will commence is 19th October
-Claim against Aviva is ongoing -- I feel that this should have bee wrapped up by now, but not overly relevant
- YLF threat is closed. Any other threatened claim would be RNSd -- dead a buried, it has very little merit anyway
- Business update was given and continues, this is one area that should have been address for I feel that the BoD should be able to advise when the final audited accounts should be filed.
Or I have missed something. Regards DAR
Good morning,
I refer to the pre closing Trading update issued on 31st Jan 2019. When can we expect the audited accounts to actually be filed.
IMO the BoD should advise investors of the current status of various issues, at the moment we are left to guess.

Good morning,
I cannot really comment on the Navel Group 35 years involvement in Aussie submarine, as there is no direct link with TP Group, with the exception of a trading update RNS in July 2018 stating "
a five-year framework agreement with Naval Group in France leading to a firm £2m order for atmosphere management equipment".
I will continue to wait patiently until the accounts are filed on the 2nd April 2019
Hi all,
The waiting is far shorter than 35 years !!! On the 2nd April the final accounts will be released and a clearer picture will emerge.
Yes, patience is the key and I personally wait news from the company.

Good morning JB
I too hold IKA (not as long as you) and looking at the accounts you may have to wait for sometime for any growth. Each year the revenue has grown, however each year there has been a operational loss, as the administrative expenses has been on the high side.
IMO the SP will remain low until a profit is recorded.
The year end is 30th April and the final accounts is not expected until mid July. More patience is required.
Hi Max,
Just looked at your message on Saturday, I am sorry but I can't make any sense of your "observations"
Cheers

Hi CC2015,
Many thanks for the explanation, I brought some shares in NMCN (when North Midlands) and they have "flat", more movement in last three days than in previous three months in the correct direction... Long may that continue
Hello Max,
I have been off line for a few days, "ear infection" so I can't contact TPG - but I haven't posted any notes re: RUGGED equipment. I do have an email address for TP Group, so if there is a question you would like me to ask re: Westex / UAE ? I would be happy to forward to TP
Regards DAR
Yes, your points got lost in the ether and most certainly more relevant that Sharon Connor.
Like you I am concerned about acquisition delay - money was invested on RNS's made by the BoD, minimal feedback since, apart from that the BoD have proved capable. I wish them well. I will await the 2nd April.
