Sorry Joe, I should have worded that better. What is the biggest change on the markets themselves since you both started trading? Like would you say it was easier back then to make a profit to now or is it exactly the same?

It seems all 3 of us have gone international with our partners lol.

Very sensible Chancers and I’m glad you have recovered, health is the most important thing. I am still working, I’m 31 so a long time till I retire. Luckily I’m in a job which means I can keep an eye on the stock market. I am playing with money I can afford to lose, I’ve been saving pretty much my whole life but I have to say this is a big hobby for me. I do enjoy it a lot and if I can make money out of it then great. I’ve only been trading for 4 years but I’ve learnt so much and no doubt will continue to do so.

I think for me I have to learn to become more patient, one thing I’m doing with Koovs and setting that as my long term play and not get rattled by day to day movements. But I’ve found most of my losses have come from not being patient or panicking to early (KAZ for example Joe)

Joe if I can get my ISA up to as much as yours I’d be a very happy man lol.

Chancers what made you leave the stock market for such a long time?

I know Chancers, I can’t disagree with you on that. Just typical I highlight it to you guys and then they go and do something like that because in my eyes up to that point they hadn’t put a foot wrong.

MTR have a lot of news flow coming over the next 1-2 months. Its taken a hit due to the placing yesterday but I feel once it’s settled it will continue where it left off. Unfortunately the placing overshadowed the really good assay results yesterday.

Hmm I wonder if Capita is going to bounce now that it’s hit the year low?!

I hadn’t but just checked into it, talk about rubbing salt into the wounds.

Hopefully things will pick up during September.. July/August are usually crap months unless your in one that goes up 900%, still can’t believe that.
