Had to buy the house to complete the chain Ken as the new house we bought got 5% discount as builder made a mistake so they honoured it and paid nothing to sell old house as neighbour bought off me at more than I expected so was a no brainer to be honest and we know we will only be in this house for about 5 years anyway is nearer my son's school. Will then look to move into a quieter more county location
Good thing is though same house in same street has sold for more than 10,000 than I paid so cause I've done th3 house up that should be reflected in any new valuation so should get back when ev3ntualky sell
Yeah Ken went through an agent who my other halfs friend uses they are very particular who they rent to. They did all the work on the house thankfully. Reckon will take 2 years to recoup spend on it. PFC will hopefully sort itself once SFO is sorted Feel happier to spread across more that has been my issue. CEY is my main hope for good rise as you are too
Yeah Billy and yeah Ken tend to more than Glen as it always outperforms Glen. I came out of Glen like you Billy it is a trading share have spread across Kaz PMO PFC and CEY I'm just going to sit on these. I usually just in 2 shares at a time so spreading more. Maybe jumped the gun on oil but PMO confident will hit 1.50 at some point this year. Will just drop feed 8nto GSK I think
