Ken I don't post on any others maybe once in a while with some info if in a particular share. Yeah I like this board for the variety of chat. I believe life should be having a laugh and banter as you will realise, in my job I manage 8 people and fully believe it is one of the most important things about having a happy workforce which results in getting the job done well

Yeah Ken just like to keep active got to and still train as intensely as I did when younger though. As we all know on here your health should not be taken for granted.

Aye Billy and believe it or not I did not think it was heavy at the time. Was a long time ago now though As you get older it gets more difficult to push a weight than pull a weight.

Ken yeah I did a few Bodybuilding shows years ago. Meant to say the 50kg dumbbells was shoulder presses not Chest. Don't want you thinking I'm a pussy. :-) Anyway catch up after at gym now

Just 2 sets Billy but I take little rest in between and do intensity techniques rest pause drop sets etc.

Starting to get the aches and pains now though both shoulders knackered need to get them seen to I used to dumbbell press 50kg dumbbells up to 15 reps at strongest years ago maybe catching up with me now.
