Everyone just has different methods QZ. I have tried a few from the insane at the start just buy and hope it goes up to being in a share while another am often in goes down. In my case PFC going up and Glen going down. Check out what I posted about Tullow and we can see what happens with it. Personally in near future I need to start investing rather than trading the way I have been so hopefully charts will help. Think GSK is a good one to try with

Thanks have input 5 15 for Tullow 5 day dropping 2 red candles formed I therefore wouldn't enter yet wait and see if another red forms or existing drops also second time 2.39 tested so I reckon possibly a pullback now hen a run through 2.40.

I have tried inputting what JMO has spoken about and already getting a bit if understanding of a trend. In fact I am being bold and saying that Tullow and PMO are close to downtrending if not already started. Done this using EMA Daily 5 over 50 RSI and MACD.

When would you use the daily or weekly time period and how would you decide what time parameters to put in. Would it depend on the way the stock moves

JMO I wouldn't trade GSK more med to long term but assume I am reading it right and makes sense what I said. I tried Glen will play about over next wee while. Am I right in saying when looking at a stock you need to manipulate the figures for each stock until you see a pattern forming from previous indicators and movements
