Just finished reading our RNS for the 3rd time today, alot to take in. Just added 113k shares.

Strong future ahead as well as a strong few months in H1.

My guess is 3.5-4p by July 1st but who knows, GLA.

Do people get 07:00 full sale rns tomorrow morning from? When not so long ago they released RNS saying we had recieved non binding offers and were in talks to move toward binding.

A week later and big sell off and all of a sudden its nailed on tomorrow. Its actually laughable.

If people's spent less time spouting absolute garbage, this board would be a better place. Nothing is nailed on tomorrow, not one of us know what is going to happen.

Let's just see.

Haha hell of a day, let's see what the FSP brings. I didn't sell on the big rises and I'm not selling on the drops either.

I haven't been on here today so apologies if this has been discussed which it probably has. However, from what I have found we are heading now into round two bidding. All the non binding offers are in and being reviewed by our advisers (we are here).

We will select the offers we want to take forward into round 2 bidding (binding), where the potential buyers advisers will do final DD into any confidential info, tweek the offers or pull out. This process usually takes between 4 and 8 weeks to receive a formal offer.

Next stage is selecting best offer final negotiations.

The thing I am unsure of is how long it usually takes the sellers advisers to decide which offers to take forward from where we are to round two bidding. If we choose to take more through then we have a better chance of a bidding war, if we take less and carefully select it would be easier on the advisers later on.

I think we should have an update on FSP within 12 weeks from now on the later end, giving them a few weeks to decide who's going forward etc. Fingers crossed it's as big as we hope.

I would bet the opposite. I don't think he is.

They both have brilliant research but that's where the similarities end as far as I can see on here.

It is dissapointing we have been strung along for this long about a US deal for them to say actually no we fancy doing it shield led. They could have taken this approach 6 or 12 months ago.

However, I think this will offer the biggest gains long term as long as we secure loans on good terms. The wait will be worth it imo when this does take off. We expect an update in Jan 2021 so I expect to hear something by July lol.

For me I will be topping up when funds become available. Top up/hold for me, bottom drawer for now.

Yeah Tim's but at the bottom has been RNS'd before but multiple interested parties is a good reason for delayed times.

I see us doing 100%+ from these levels on a decent deal. Time will tell but that's my opinion.

Well spotted Shandy, I feel like it could be any day now. I also think it will be intra day personally.

In my opinion, for what it's worth (not a lot). I personally think that the confirmation of resource upgrade is what we are waiting for within the FSP.

I believe we have a buyer, with two seperate prices agreed for with and without upgrade. I don't believe EUA would release the assets for a price below the value of upgrade priced in for a quick sale when they believe it will be approved. Same as I don't believe any buyer would agree to pay a price with upgrade priced in without it being confirmed.

So imo I think once we have resource upgrade confirmed, either left or right, it will soon follow with a recommended offer.

In any situation like this, the best thing to do is flip a coin. When you see which is lands on, you'll know which you really want to do.

They need to focus on getting a multi billion pound sale completed. Not writing an RNS to give you a big hug and tell you it's all going to be okay.

Is it right that your share holding will be doubled if you hold into next month?

It was in excess of 2bn in situe value, meaning its discounted value while it is in the ground. Not what it is worth when it's out the ground.

That wasn't including WK or flanks.

It's an absolute monster.

He said he wouldn't be rushed into a deal, we have the cash to see us into next year so we are in the driving seat and can be abit more picky. I'd rather it be pushed another month or two and get a better deal signed.
