The current price has not produced the results people have been hoping this is because Mr Brad has taken so long to get this back people are now worried about another raise and off course to help the management with the wages.

This company had a market cap of over 100m not so long ago, now it's close to 30m guess smart money knew all along and how to interpret the management

This is awful, 2 years into transformational news, raise after raise, now they are fruition into nothing. They first gave investors a dream about a major only to see investors lose more than 50% now they are delayed into a different venture only to show nothing. AIM is dangerous

No urgency from the BOD to get this news despite the usual drivel it was concluding soon, soon in Aim is like a year, they change the English language with their definition to give false hope to investors to part their investment. The long delays help as they get their monthly fat wage. This being the holiday season don't help as the big boys are on holiday so no large liquidity, expect this to drag on till September if were lucky. All that peanut raise we were told is also getting very thin as the fat wages continue.

I agree Johnstoneo, this is a standard practice with UK Aim directors, the constant delays benefit them as they get their wages, if it was based on profit or result driven they would all be sacked as they do the complete opposite

This is a total disgrace from our incompetent directors who are shamingly requesting investors to throw more money into an investment that has wiped out more than 90% of their investment. They call this shareholder value. They are reassuring investors as they have parted £17k of their own money, when this is salary money from investors and only few weeks of their wages. Why did they not stop wages and invest more money how much more dilution and pain do they want from investors, as always this is AIM they can do what they want.

Absolutely shocking from these incompetent BOD's dragging the company down with cash fears when they took some before the atrocious deal. The clever one's sold knowing too well and the weak one's were chatting rubbish about some seller larking in the wild.

Exactly put Asllankukeli, I agree with all your points, why venture on unknown projects without completing the current one, wasting further funds when we have limited funds. The reason Groc is rising and Alba is not, is because people are scared of any rise which subsequently follows a placing, GF has completely damaged investor sentiment and needs to do something quick.

Dave Aim investment has been diminishing over the years and won't be around for another few years, the amount of UK investors they have been fleecing is astronomical. GF gas done nothing to stop the share price being decimated from September 2020. Disgusting attitude from the management and a total disregard to the investors.

It's an amazing RNS and GROC is unbelievable value and Alba owning 37% does not reflect the share price or it's true potential the reason is simple there is lack of cash and no confidence in management who have rinsed the life out of the shareholders on a continuous basis. Instead of unlocking and staying focus they have embarked on another Lithium project in Australia when they have limited funds. The UK stock market is running thin on investors and funds as a result of countless Aim companies fleecing the UK investors.

Gold all time high and this share has digged lower and lower to all time low now probably will break covid low now. GF is fully to blame with his constant raise as soon as a rise, he has managed to scrape it to two days this time last raise was done straight after a rise. Shows how bad this management is and how incompetent they have become by their total disregard to shareholder's and performance. They should have raised when the share price was stuck at 0.5 for few days or around that price which would have helped.

The news has been getting better and better and it's amazing they have secured this as most people have lost hope it's finally waking up and surprised it's not received the rise maybe because people do not trust the consolidation which is rinse and repeat hope it's wrong on this occasion as the mega news is incredible.
