Will the share re rate be the same as the asset payment price

If we get a payout I will rebuy into yorkshire mine I lost money on to buy shares here and keep shares for dividends

Lets get serious now. They have many assets and of course the company, initially it was some of the assets getting sold, every one suggesting 25p per share. what could the buyout price for the whole company be. if the assets sold then we would special divi then even sell your shares after that. in essence I think £1 overall price. any thoughts
