Positives / Negatives and risk25 Jul 2020 20:28
I know theirs a lot of ramping and de-ramping on here, and i know a lot of people get a kicking for having strong options either way. But for some people, maybe new to the share, it may be good to hear the positives, negatives and concerns of investing in Synairgen and make a personal judgement.
Ive been here for a few months now, watched it yo yo but held on throughout, to be very clear, i'm about 400% up and not deramping or ramping....
Some of my positives : The professors leading the trial and hands on seam to be very positive, and these are independent (ish) of Synairgen.
There's not a direct competitor unlike most other covid stocks.
We really need this and so does the world.
Synairgen have been producing pre stocks for a while so i imagine the companies a lot further in the production stages then some people may realise.
Quick potential of buy out / partnerships if peers and approval given
Some of my Negatives: It could go tits up very quickly if peer's throw doubt on it. ( not to say it won't recover when proven, but it may take a large phase 3 trial to come back.
I watched the web video done by professor John Campbell, i sure he was incorrect when he takes about the split of people treated, ie how many had diabetes and cardiovascular disease, It was different to what Richard said on the morning of the RNS. It was more people with the above in the batch who got the placebo. I worry this will be pounced on by peers.
If phase 3 is called on, and takes a month odd to complete and mull over the data, investors will get fed up and move cash to other stocks as before, and the S/P will retract
Risk: This is AIM :)
Would love to hear others concerns and positives as some of us may have overlooked info.
