As we are not tax specialists it is very difficult to comment on the tax consequences of the Keras Resources plc issuing shares to you as an existing investor, I would recommend contacting a tax specialist. MP, a reply I got from HL on the 4th Oct If Keras Resources plc decide to sell their holding in Calidus then issuing new shares or cash to Keras Resources plc shareholders could be one option but the final decision ultimately lies with Keras Resources. However it is purely speculation at this point so it is difficult to discuss the matter in any more detail. All the best (new shares or cash would be best!)

applegarth, the ASX In Specie Distribution of ASX Shares are a nice worry to have, @�10K per 1m KRS, they are most appreciated, it's what to do with them that may put peeps off, A new broker, not a prob for me (I use HL and will have to get one!) Tax implications, not a prob for me (although, don't want to pay it) Un-necessary hassle, 30mins work on the PC! Not really naysayers, just having to do something outside the norm maybe!
