pablo2, what will the CAI sp be when shares distributed though? either out of escrow period, or CAI bought out, The £10K obviously came from a higher sp, All the best.

Courtesy of gmcc, KRS current outstanding shares 2,195,130,000 if you hold 1million shares you own 1/2195.13th of KRS PLC . Basically assume KRS plc will own 724M CAI shares that could be distributed pro-rata amongst all KRS shareholders of note at a certain future date when/if in-specie distribution occurs 1 million shares in KRS think works out at approx. 329,821 CAI shares in exchange or put another way : 1 CAI share = 3.03 KRS shares or 1 KRS share = .3298 CAI share etc From the "response from Dave Reeves" thread All the best.

Chirpy? we've worked out twice as I know, so probs more!, 1m KRS is c.£10K CAI shares, That's in specie distribution! so if you own 1m KRS, you will be gifted £10K and still have the value of your KRS shares! Now, where is everybody going wrong? All the best (Is it me?)
