I agree dan1nat1, thought it was only LSE that struggles with developers and website stuff :) I'm no IT expert, but an example is HL, informed users of website maintenance and upgrade, shut down for c.3hrs during off peak time, with apologies for any inconvenience! 3-4 weeks must be a proper upgrade, kinda like laying fibre optics to new site, to house hundreds of servers! It a project! not an upgrade....... All the best (anyway, like I say, IT well over my head, along with many other things!)

To be brutally honest trillsg, I couldn't give a fig for the placees and they're forward selling tactics, don't think I'll be the only one there either! 15 sounds to cheap and greedy to me, for an incentive......... last one was 22 (or am I wrong?) you have to make a target, not lower it..........! 25-40 range I'd have thought reasonable!
