Hey LGO-fan, Tony Blair from VSA made the first SP prediction, from what I can remember, when he introduced our "Koot" to us! Maybe that set the scene, in the short term, and now we see our "Koot" regarding SP, As far as Schroder's goes, they bought in at a premium, and have bought more on the open market, I call the accretive, I reckon they think that also.....! Generally speaking, on AIM, consolidation is done after the co. has issued many shares to raise fund at a discount for life style rather than co. growth. It's not the case here though, evident in the recent fund raise at a premium to make acquisitions. Regards to the above, you'l see plenty of cases out there that will tank after consolidation (unscrupulous BOD's) and will fare well after consolidation (good BOD's) . I think we're the latter :) All the best (just a dip, and will be back up to 9p old money, even double figures new highs in quick time IMO)
