A delayed 100k sell at 14.30"ish and 80k bought IMO at 11.70 at the bell. That pattern of taking up our sellers sells continues.

In five years being under Oncology at UCLH, not one consultant had ever heard of Scancell, or recently not even Keytruda. Keytruda surprised me, but their knowledge of their chosen field is taken up completely with what is available to them, not to emerging sciences, although they are nearly all involved in Car-T trials.

We cannot guess numbers, but there are many thousands involved in emerging sciences, our involvement with Genentech, Biontech and CRUK are a wonderful testament to Scancell and can only increase our chances to commercialism. As with all journies it takes time, time and data, IMO that recent news with Karolinska is very good news.

As i said up to each person to decide on their own level of risk. I have calculated my finances on a total loss of my investment. Just my opinion, but if you can do that and afford to lose it all, you can chill.

I think just about everybody who posts has had their say about risk, and i think GFs post 13.44 rather sums it up.

I sighed this morning seeing Hotwings post at 7.30 this morning and duly slept till just now. Cannot think how many times i told ADMIN it was a banned poster from the very beginning, but hopefully all those that do see risk have seen many posts on that subject and calculated their own levels of risk accordingly.

Tosh was rather a good poster in the early days and I think Inanaco has done a very good job of debating REWARD. So risk/reward it is for me, and with the rewards that seem enormous I am and have been just building and now hold.

So inanaco very grateful for your input here, especially lately, as I am to quite a few. There is certainly more to Scancell than what there was all those years ago, that input is much needed.

Lets hope that is the case, i am not so sure Ichor has has been the delay, seems a lot of conversation suggesting timelines are still on targel. Lets hope they are.

We do know there has been a third party delay, harder to imagine it is Ichor, and we know funding the SCIB1 Combo Trial featured highly in our recent raise, just perhaps that delay has come from Merck themselves. Not sure of their involvement in any IND, if any, just trying to explore any avenues for delay. From e-mails received don"t think we have too long to wait now, just MO.

Not sure there is much value in comparing the company to the one when the SP was 60p maybe that is a question for the market whose value in many biotechs has seen exaggerated highs and lows, I just feel the market is very aware we need much more funding, perhaps beyond the typical dilutive, discounted funding options available to turn our potential into something far more proven. I think in that respect we have never been closer to achieving that.

Is a subject I would have liked to debate more of, more to see what other people think. My thoughts are many on that subject, the least being researching those companies that have sold commercially successfully. We read so much now of google executives and big Pharma hierachy moving onto to newer companies, it does seem you have to be well known in certain circles too.

Just another reason why i really like our relationship with BioNTech and others, they seem to able to raise huge sums and I believe Pfizer is the fourth major to sign up with them. $120 upfront is a tidy sum, my how that would transform us. Surely by becoming closer to those already successful companies is but the first step to becoming validated and noticed by those same Big Pharmas. We know that is CHs plan, and in one communique with him "he was hopeful it would bare more fruit", I have seen a few others too.

Maybe it is far from the case we do not have the commercial know how to get deals, just perhaps the more we develop our platforms and collaborations, commercial activity will come easier at the right price too.

Taking away the personal posts, we can all see who has put their name to MODI3 in the Grand Challenge, and also most recently after two years the Karolinska Institute have signed a further agreement with Scancell.

Research collaborations are often the precursor to commercial deals. And as far as the ability to sign commercial deals does anyone actually think that with multi millions to be earnt Scancell are not surrounded by the best Financial minds available. It certainly hasn"t stunted our growth into the entity we now are, which is significantly more high profile than it has ever been.

I think comments like i have read today are the realisation there is further to go than what we hoped for six years ago. The SP certainly reflects that, but who would argue that progress has not significantly been made? I just think with the AGM coming up, and the Grand Challenge results ever nearer we are in for some exciting times. Whether we win that will not deter from the contacts and mutual benefits from working together.

We have determined there is risk, how about allow the reasons for reward to flow?
