Big Seller16 Jan 2019 13:42
When I spoke to JP last summer at the shareholders meeting in Hammersmith, he believed that Resilience hadn't sold any of their holding at that point from the Leigh Creek sale, however, I'm coming more and more to the conclusion that it can only be Resilience now. Judging by the constant drip of sells each time the SP rises above a certain level, it looks like a big holder who has given the MM instruction to sell their shares in 1/4, 1/2 and 1 million blocks at x price.
As you may remember, Resilience got 41,567,639 shares under the deal which would have just triggered a 3% declaration, but of course, 2,866,730 shares were held back until 5th March this year, so they ended up with shares below the 3% threshold. The main balance of 38,700,900 the shares were given in 3 blocks of 12.9M shares - the first block Resilience could do what they wanted with from the outset I believe, the next block were held in escrow for 3 months after issue (so presumably 5th June) and the balance was held in escrow for 6 months (so presumably 5th September).
No 3% announcement, lots of sells over the last few months, so it would be an interesting exercise to map our how many have been sold over recent months. I'll have to see how far my ADVFN records go back.
